Dee is a Professional Artist residing in the Atlanta area. She currently shares her life with her husband and their three lovely canines: Rocky the Golden, Niki aka Nik-Nak the ckr mix (washed up in the creek as a puppy) and Gemma aka “Wild Coyote” (rescue).

Dee’s life went to the dogs a very long time ago. Well over 20 years ago she started working with those animals that had Behavioral issues, along with those animals requiring to be taught basic Obedience and Manners. Along the way she picked up a camera and from there somehow the two became fused together. It was a natural progression for her to photograph those dogs that she trained. Many of Dee’s images captures that very special bond between canine and human. Several years ago she discovered Corel Painter software and now not only does she offer photography but beautiful Mixed Media Painted Portraits of animals (people too). Her paintings are beautiful, colorful and like no other artists she captures the true essence and personality of each subject. Like your loved one’s… each Painting is an original and unique!

Dee has continued sharing and teaching…Paw Prints offers several on-line courses as do we teach several classes per year in the Atlanta area and will be offering Educational DVDs ranging from “Digitally Painting Animals” to “Agility for the Fun of it”.
