I think you were very brave in the decision you made for your beloved Phoenix. How lucky he was to have you for a human..... I feel the need to paint him - I look at the picture you posted of his sweet face on the day he left this earth and want to kiss it and scratch his head - I see the picture you posted of him and his much smaller sibling/friend on that Monday and I see his happiness and continment with life -- why did this have to happen? I know they say it is better to have loved and lost then never to loved at all and hopefully...one day... you can feel that way but for now - just go thru the motions as best you can - if you need help with anything - - if there is anything I can do please let me know......
